Cancellation Policy
There is no penalty to cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.
Late Cancellation Fee- 60-minute appointments canceled within 24 hours of the start time are subject to a $50 fee. 90-minute appointments canceled within 24 hours of the start time are subject to a $75 fee if we are unable to fill the time that had been set aside for you. (You may notify us via phone, leaving a voice mail, or an e-mail any time before your start time.)
Massages that are therapeutic in nature may qualify for reimbursement or direct payment from your FLEX or HSA using pre-tax dollars.
