Antoinette Florez
Certified in Massage Therapy since 2015 from Saint Paul Community College, but massaging since a child. I Love massage and all that it can do for the body, mind and soul. Making others feel better is what I do and have done for many years in many different environments. I believe that massage can improve quality of life by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, enhancing circulation, easing muscle tension and easing pain, just to name a few! I am gifted in many modalities of bodywork such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic techniques, and prenatal massage. I love what I do and am always learning more ways to improve my skills. I am a member of Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP) and Salon Spa Professional Association (SSPA). Born and raised in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. I love our four seasons and enjoy visiting our many parks and lakes year-round. My favorite things to do outside of massage are spending time with loved ones, traveling, reading and eating.
