In my downtime, I love to listen to music, dance, play and watch sports, movies, gameshows. I love to take long walks, travel, and have fun. I also love to write, which led me into publishing my first book a little over a year ago called P.U.S.H. N PLAY FOR LIFE. I am thankful and Blessed.
I became a certified massage therapist in 2010 graduating from the Aveda institute of Minneapolis. I specialize in Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Swedish, Prenatal and Sports massage.
