Therapeutic Massage in South Minneapolis

Staff List

Caroline Sable
Caroline started working with athletes and chiropractic patients before graduating in 2010 with degrees in Clinical Massage Therapy and Personal Training from Saint Paul College. While interning with the MN Swarm Pro-Lacrosse team as well as the athletic department at Concordia University, she saw firsthand what the benefits of therapeutic massage did for athletes.

Caroline competes internationally on a professional dance team, and also performs in various shows in the Minneapolis theater scene. Along with performing, she teaches MixxedFit (dance fitness) classes at various gyms in the metro area.

Her passion lies with helping others in any facet, however, showing her clients that it is possible to do everyday things pain-free again, or that they can return to their favorite hobbies after an injury, brings her the most joy.
